By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ch66 platform — including the website at ch66.io, any mobile-optimised version of the platform, and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a member must wager using eligible games or betting markets before bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

To register and maintain a ch66 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate registrations, registrations on behalf of a third party, and nominee accounts are prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must keep this information updated at all times and notify ch66 promptly if any registered details change.

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one ch66 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ch66 login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP authentication codes. ch66 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must notify ch66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• You must not share your ch66 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your ch66 account, even a family member or trusted associate.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access your account or interact with the ch66 platform.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• You must complete KYC verification when requested in order to unlock full deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functionality on your account.

ch66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and address at any time, including copies of a national ID (NID), passport, or utility bill showing your registered Bangladesh address. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account restrictions or closure.

All ch66 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ch66 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh members: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change.

ch66 may offer deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer terms. Failure to meet requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• ch66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to reverse bonus credits from an account if it is determined that eligibility criteria were not met.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated play to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

All bets placed and games played on ch66 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product category, as published on the platform. By placing a bet or participating in a casino game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

• Sports Betting: Bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers, Premier League football, and other sports markets are governed by the sports betting rules published in the betting section of the platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Live Casino: Games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified live studio providers are governed by the rules specific to each game, available in-game. All game outcomes are determined by certified random processes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ch66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one ch66 account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the ch66 platform or BDT wallet.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, pricing discrepancies, or any technical vulnerability on the ch66 platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or any non-human process to place bets, play games, or interact with the ch66 platform.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports events, or betting markets.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which ch66 offers betting markets.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts, personal data, or payment information without authorisation.

All content on the ch66 platform — including but not limited to the ch66 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of ch66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ch66 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, or create derivative works based on any ch66 content without explicit prior written consent from ch66.

ch66 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Bangladesh members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of your overall agreement with ch66. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ch66 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Your data may be shared with certified game providers, licensed payment processors (including bKash and Nagad), KYC verification partners, and applicable regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law. Data is processed using industry-standard security protocols including 256-bit SSL encryption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ch66 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ch66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. ch66 operates under an international gaming licence. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including the laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through ch66 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body. Pending resolution of any dispute, members must continue to comply with these Terms in full.

ch66 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all Bangladesh members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a source of income and should never be pursued as a means to recover financial losses.
